The challenge is simple: everyday we will be doing something to benefit our mental health. But bear with me, some days are NOT so easy (I mean 30-min of meditation... oh boy). Don't worry, I will be doing the challenge with you and giving some tips everyday on my TikTok account @huuliah . At the end of this journey, I want to hear YOUR story.

RULES:

1) Download the calendar and save it somewhere it is easily accessible (...or simply print it out and stick it on the fridge)

2) Have a journal ready to keep track of your daily mood throughout the month.

3) Complete the task of the day!
