Why High Functioning?

1 in 4 people struggle with a diagnosable mental health disorder in a given year. That means one in every four people that we come across in our daily lives are struggling with mental health or addiction symptoms whether you know it or not AND whether they know it or not. As a mental health advocate, I chose this name to express that although it may not be evident, high functioning mental health issues do exist and it is ok to seek help and guidance to de-mask our internal struggles. My mission with high functioning is to advocate in an effort to destigmatize mental health and normalize the idea that anyone and everyone can seek help for mental health issues, any internal struggles or even guidance to improve the now.

Meet the Coach

I believe that no matter where you are in life it can always improve as long as you put in effort. I spent most of my life searching for happiness and trust me when I tell you I have been there. Happiness is a construct that we create ourselves from our experience. In fact it is the here and now where we can find it. My mission is to help you create balance in all domains of life, find value and find purpose.

Something About Me: I have worked with a range of clients of different cultural backgrounds, in different situations, and a range of struggles.
